Planets play a very important role in both astrology and tarot. Astrologically speaking, there are two types of planets: traditional and modern.

The traditional planets are: the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn. The modern planets are: Saturn, Pluto, and Neptune. Each of them is linked to tarot cards both in a direct way and in an indirect way, as each planet is the ruler of a zodiac sign and a house.

We’re going to take a look at each planet and see what its meaning is, what signs and houses it’s connected to, and what tarot cards it’s associated with.
